Today, Ambassador of India to Bhutan met four specially-abled youth and two team leaders at Embassy of India, Thimphu and conveyed her best wishes on behalf of the Indian fraternity in Bhutan for their upcoming participation in SAMBHAV-2019 scheduled from 15-17 November 2019 in New Delhi.
The initiative is supported by the India-Bhutan Foundation, and the specially-abled children have been nominated by the Disabled Persons Association of Bhutan to participate in SAMBHAV, an event organized in New Delhi, which serves as a major international platform of inclusive arts in India. SAMBHAV is organized by A.L.P.A.N.A. (Association for Learning Performing Arts & Normative Action) and provides a unique forum to challenged artists and stakeholders across the world.
