India House Eco Park

India House Eco Park is a green oasis nestled within the premises of the India House Estate in Thimphu, Bhutan. It stands as a vibrant symbol of environmental stewardship and serves as a testament to the values of ecological consciousness and sustainable lifestyle.

India House Eco Park creates a serene and sustainable space that not only enhances the natural beauty of the India House Estate but also serves as a platform for fostering a deeper understanding of the environment and surrounding landscape. At the heart of India House Eco Park lies a tranquil water body, surrounded by green cover and walking paths. The park operates with minimal environmental impact, serving as a model for sustainable urban green spaces.

The Park is also used for activities such as yoga, cricket and tennis. In addition, the Park hosts a nine hole golf course, which has been conducting the annual India House Golf Tournament since 1995. The tournament, highly popular among the golfing community of Bhutan, commemorates the occasion of the Birth Anniversary of His Majesty the Fourth King of Bhutan.
