ICCR Engineering Scholarships-2023-24

The ICCR Scholarship scheme has been implemented in Bhutan from the academic session 2012-13. Under this Scheme, twenty five (25) scholarships are offered each year at Undergraduate level to Bhutanese students who have passed Grade XII. This scholarship is specifically for Engineering Courses in various disciplines such as Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering etc. More than 180 students have benefited from this Scholarship till date.

2. The ICCR Scholarship is an all expenses paid scholarship including tuition fees, living expenses/stipend, travel cost and hostel accommodation. Scholarship and Students Support Division of Ministry of Education and Skills Development of Royal Government of Bhutan is the nodal Bhutanese agency for this Scholarship.

3. Students selected under this scheme are placed in the premier engineering colleges in India. Since the inception of the ICCR Scholarship Scheme, Bhutanese students have been placed in reputed engineering institute in India. In the academic year 2022-23, all the twenty five (25) shortlisted Bhutanese students for the ICCR Scholarship were placed in well known Institutes in India.
